Quantum scan reveals malabsorption; could this be due to heavy metals and human toxicity?

Updated: Jul 7, 2023

You may be surprised by this.

Zeolite for heavy metal detox
Toxin binders and why use them

As an experienced reflexologist, my passion remains reflexology, and I love seeing and being part of great results. My drive and goal are to empower you by sharing relevant knowledge and current healthcare trends, with the emphasis being on ‘healthcare’ and not ‘disease care’.

With the Quantum full-body function scan, you can now get in-depth feedback on the status of imbalances that you are either aware of or that are new to you. Either way, you will gain insight that will empower and motivate you to address these imbalances.

Your health is the best currency in your lifetime. We have all been blessed with an amazing body that has its own healing potential. All that is needed is the right support: reflexology, nutrients, knowledge of the imbalances in your body so that you can address them, and even a lifestyle adjustment.

We all believe that good nutrition is key, but is it, or is ridding your body of toxins more important?

But what if the accumulation of a lifetime of toxins in your body may be the cause of your malabsorption and subhealth?

In this article, I share:

  • How toxins in your body may hinder nutrient absorption

  • What environmental toxins are and where you are exposed to them

  • What a natural binder is.

  • How to find out your toxin and heavy metal levels and whether you have malabsorption

  • Why Zeolite is the best natural binder to detox your body (3), (4), (5)

  • I also list other natural binders you may wish to investigate.

Is your malabsorption due to toxicity?

Having a good diet is of paramount importance; it is one of the top things you can do for your health and wellbeing, and yet, detoxing may be even more important than nutrition.

The long and short of it is that if your body is overwhelmed with toxins, no matter how good your diet may be, your body never gets the full benefit of the nutrients from the food you eat, and your health won’t improve. You need to eliminate toxins for nutrition to work.

The confirmation of toxicity can be seen in the Quantum full-body function scan results. I find most people have malabsorption in their small intestine and colon with slow peristalsis. Their heavy metal and environmental toxin reports confirm toxicity levels ranging from mild to severe. Malabsorption could very well be due to high toxicity levels in your body.

To stimulate and support the body during detoxification I always recommend reflexology lymphatic drainage, especially for those on chronic medication, those suffering from auto-immune diseases, and those wanting to fall pregnant. I have been using reflexology lymphatic drainage for more than 10 years with great results. I talk about this in my 'Don't Diet... Detox Here's Why' newsletter.

With a lifetime of exposure to pesticides, herbicides, chemicals, heavy metals, air pollution, mold, and other toxins stored in our bodies, detoxification can become even more important than nutrition. Using natural toxin binders to support detoxification from environmental toxins and support your overall health is where a natural toxin binder like Zeolite comes into play.

"According to a 2012 review published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health, environmental toxins can lead to chronic health conditions, making detoxification and supportive therapies critical for your health (1)."

Toxins in the body

Where you are being exposed to toxins

  • Air pollution: daily, you are exposed to gases like hydrogen chloride, benzene, dioxin, cadmium, asbestos, mercury, and chromium, which harm your health. The Quantum full-body function scan measures these

  • Indoor air may have mold, mycotoxins, and other allergens in it.

  • Municipal tap water may look clear, but it is contaminated with chloride, fluoride, lead, mercury, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, herbicides, etc. Consider investing in a reverse osmosis filtration system that has a biofilter that remineralises your filtered water, giving you alkaline water.

  • Food: if you are eating non-organic fruit and vegetables, then you are consuming pesticides, herbicides, artificial ingredients, hormones, and other additives.

  • Cleaning, hygiene, beauty, and body care products are full of chemicals.

  • Medications and inexpensive supplements may contain harmful chemicals and fillers.

  • Dentists still use mercury amalgam fillings and recommend fluoride treatments.

  • Plastic bottles and containers are made of bisphenol A (BPA), which is harmful to your health. Choose BPA-free products.

Your exposure to chemicals and toxins is endless. Make a conscious effort to reduce your exposure. Removing a lifetime's worth of toxins already in your body is possibly more important than nutrition.

What are toxin binders?

A natural binder “binds” to and “absorbs” the toxins in your body and is then eliminated from your body via the bowel.

Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analysis: Heavy Metals Revealed

I like to refer to the scan as the Quantum full body function scan since it does 60 scans of the entire body. The scan captures pathological changes at the cellular level and predicts the precursors of disease. A detailed report highlights excesses and deficiencies throughout the body. I am a firm believer that "prevention is better than cure". I go through the entire report in detail and suggest ways for you to support your body in achieving balance and homeostasis.

For the purpose of this blog, I share what the Quantum full body function analysis measures and reports regarding toxicity levels in your body:

  • Human Toxins: Stimulating Beverages, Electromagnetic Radiation, Free Radicals, Toxic Pesticide Residue

  • Heavy Metals: Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Chromium, Arsenic, Antimony, Thallium, Aluminium

List of natural binders

Buy Zeolite in Randburg
Detox from heavy metals with Zeolite

My favourite natural binder is Zeolite, it is one of the best toxin binders (3), (4), (5).

The name Zeolite originates from the Greek words ‘zeo’ (to boil) and ‘litos’ (a stone). Zeolite is a silica-based volcanic ash which forms over time when ash and lava chemically react with sea water.

Zeolite is a porous, negatively charged alkaline mineral. It has a very strong "cage-like" structure, and with it being negatively charged, it attracts and binds positively charged toxins like heavy metals, radioactive materials, environmental toxins, ammonia, mold/mycotoxins, microbial pathogens (including candida and viruses), preservatives, additives, and pesticides, and they are eliminated from your body during a bowel movement.

The benefits of Zeolite are:

  • It helps balance pH levels, reducing acidity in your body.

  • It protects all membranes, the gut-brain barrier, leaky gut, and the microbiome, and may support the restoration of your gut health too.

  • It supports the immune system and is anti-inflammatory (2).

I cannot speak for any other Zeolite product other than the one I personally use and sell, which is double activated and a super antioxidant with an 80% crystalline structure. The fine particle size enables Zeolite to travel through the blood and ensures a more complete full-body detox.

Activated Charcoal

Activated charcoal is great for binding with mold/mycotoxins, pesticides, and some drugs, but it doesn’t work well for heavy metals.

Bentonite Clay

Food-grade Bentonite clay helps remove mycotoxins, pesticides, and heavy metals from the body, however; a high acidity level in the body may hinder the effectiveness of this.

Chlorella is most well-known for its ability to support detoxification from heavy metals.

Probiotics may bind to mycotoxins. According to a 2020 study published in Toxins, probiotics may be helpful for removing mycotoxins (6). A 2021 review published in Food and Chemical Toxicology has found that probiotics may support detoxification related to food contamination (7).

Bioactive Carbons

Bioactive carbons, including fulvic and humic acids, are rich in minerals and support detoxification from heavy metals and other organic compounds.
