At Reflexology Body Balance, treatments are tailored to the individual rather than following a standard reflexology routine. My approach combines Therapeutic Reflexology, Reflexology Fascia Release, Neuroflexology© and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage to support the body in a deeply personalised way.

I am the only registered and approved Neuroflexology© Practitioner, and one of only a few registered and approved Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage Practitioners in South Africa trained in these specialised reflexology modalities. I offer a unique therapeutic approach that goes beyond traditional relaxation reflexology.
