Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Appointments are very important for all patients. I understand that appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% tariff charge.
Missed appointments will incur a 100% tariff charge.
